Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities within the assigned territory;
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers;
• Present and promote the company’s products, equipment, and services based on customer needs;
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate equipment, maintenance, and energy-efficient solutions;
• Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals to customers;
• Manage and follow up on sales opportunities throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact through to closing;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and followed through;
• Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for additional products, services, and equipment;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience
• Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines;
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and goal-driven;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team;
• Strong ability to learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and solutions;
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
